Enjoy with simple syrup to your preferred sweetness.

Simple syrup

Using a 1:1 ratio of water to sugar, bring mixture to a boil while stirring until completely dissolved. Let simple syrup sit until it cool and separate into a container.

THE PEARLS

Measure 8 times of water for every cup of pearls. Boil water and add pearls for 45 minutes on high heat - remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes in the hot liquid. Strain pearls and rinse under cold water, or alternatively you may mix hot pearls with brown sugar. Add your pearls to your syrup mixture to soak and enjoy.
